The Mirrored Triangles Stitch is an interesting knitting stitch worked in 3 colours which form upright and inverted triangles. Colours not in use should be carried loosely across the back of your work. The 3 colours are referred to here as A,B and C.
Using B cast on a multiple of 8 stitches plus an additional eight.
Row 1: * K7B,1A, repeat from * to end.
Row 2: P2A, * P5B, 3A, rep from * to last 6 stitches,P5B, 1A.
Row 3: k2A, * 3B,5A,repeat from * to last 6 stitches, K3B,3A
Row 4: P4A, * 1B,7A,repeat from to last 4 stitches, P1B,3A.
Row 5: K3C, * 1A,7C, repeat from * to last 5 stitches,K1A,4C.
Row 6: P3C, * 3A,5C, repeat from to last 5 stitches,P3A,2C.
Row 7: K1C, * 5A,3C,repeat from * to last 7 stitches,K5A,2C.
Row 8: *P1C, 7A,repeat from * to end.
