It is a nice soft yarn, made from a blend of 10% wool and 90% premium acrylic, which has also been specially treated to produce a soft and slightly glossy finish.
Alize Extra Double Knitting Yarn comes in a wide range of solid colours which can either be worked alone or will blend in well with the Alize Folkloric Batik Range.
100 grams = 220m
Recommended knitting needle sizes 2.5-4mm
Recommended Crochet Hook-2-4
Knitting Gauge 24 sts x 32 rows = 10cm.sq.
This yarn will knit to most double knitting patterns - but for the best results always be sure to check your tension.
