My Apologies and Thanks

Hi

The Knitting Wool Store,

I would just like to apologize for the recent delays in dispatching both the

Muffin and Souffle

yarn rolls,and say thank you to all of you who have been waiting patiently for them. I can now confirm that they have all been dispatched.

The incredible response to the launch of both of these new yarns took the mill totally by surprise and they had a lot of trouble matching output to demand. This resulted in a fairly lengthy delay in me receiving the full quota that I had on order.

I think that these production problems have now basically been resolved and hopefully all will run more smoothly in future.
