This very pretty Cotton Lurex Knitting Yarn is great for Crochet too! It is produced by Stenli Yarns, of Bulgaria,a family run yarn manufacturer based in the Rhodopi Mountains of Bulgaria.
It comes in a lovely blend of 90% pure cotton with an addition of 10% lurex which gives it a beautiful eye catching sparkle that looks very effective when made up.
There are 8 glittering colours to choose from, the Yellow,Golden Tan,Golden Oats and Golden Sands all have a gold lurex thread running through them whilst the others have a silver one.
It is a super knitting and crochet yarn to work with and makes up quickly on needles sizes 4-5mm and is sure to please.
There are 270m-100g
Approx Gauge- 21sts. x 26 rows= 10cm.sq on 4.5mm needles
