Size: 1 size only, approx. circumference 152 cm.
Materials: 100g Angora Elite Trend used double, example shown in Goya. 9mm straight needles
Split your ball of yarn into 2 equal sized balls.
Using 2 strands together cast on 42 stitches and work in pattern as follows:-
Row 1: K3,P1,*K3, yf, skpo,K2,P2,repeat from * to last 11 stitches, K3,yf, skpo,K2, P1, K3
Row 2: K4, * p7, K2,repeat from * to last 11 stitches, P7, k4.
Row 3: K3,P1,* K1, K2tog,yf,K1,yf, skpo,K1,P2, repeat from to last 11 stithes,K1, K2 tog,yf, K1, yf, skpo,P1 K3
Row 4: as row 2.
Row 5: K3, P1,* K2tog,yf,K3,yf,skpo,P2,repeat from * to last 11 stitches, K2tog,yf,K3,yf,skpo,P1, K3.
Row 6: As row 2.
Continue until you have a small amount of yarn left, leave stitches on needle. Return to cast on edge and using 9mm needles pick up 42 stitches evenly along the edge.
Fold the piece in half and with right sides together cast off both sets of stitches at the same time as follows- Holding both needles parallel, insert right hand needle into front and back stitches on both of the left hand needles, work as to K and slip both stitches off together, repeat and then pass st. on right hand needle over, continue casting off loosely in this manner. Darn in ends.
Alternatively you may sew the two edges together using a back stitch.
Hang scarf with light weight in loop for 24 hours to stretch a little.
